We use Qualls for all our properties. They are super responsive, easy to work with, trustworthy and do a great job.
I have had Qualls Chem Dry coming to my home for more than 5 yrs. I have two little dogs who don't always make it outside. The P.U.R.T. is awesome and has always worked!! Love the service and the way my carpets look and smell when they are done. Most of the time I have Seth do the service. It is so awesome to feel and know you can trust someone in your home. I am always completely satisfied with his service and cleaning. I would recommend them, and have recommended them.
I have been using Qualls ChemDry for many years. They consistantly do great work. John was even able to get out some older stains as well. They are always on time, professoinal, and honest with their pricing. They are so great to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting carpets, floors, or upholstery cleaned.
I had my carpets cleaned the Wednesday before Christmas. The man who came to do the job was courteous and efficient. Because our carpet is older, we knew there would be places that wouldn't come completely clean, but for the most part I was very pleased with how it turned out. I was most concerned about the traffic areas, because I was having a neighborhood open house on Saturday and especially wanted those areas clean. I would recommend Qualls Chem-dry to others looking for a good company. Thank you!

John was so knowledgeable about the cleaning of carpets and made it easy to understand what I needed and was getting to make my carpets look new. He did a wonderful job getting out odors from our little dog and stains family get togethers. I would recommend his services to anyone needing any type of cleaning done to carpet. Qualls ChemDry has always been available and dependable, along with doing a wonderful job in cleaning my carpets. I like that my carpets are NOT soaking wet for a few days. I'm very sensitive to chemical smells, I also like that their products don't affect me.
