Great customer service and Ryker did a fantastic job, not to mention his outstanding courtesy! I totally did not expect to get same-day service, but the fact that I did was greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be calling Quall's for any future carpet cleaning and request Ryker, for sure! 👍😊

I highly recommend this company. Our dog had a hard time adjusting to our new home and reverted to his "pre-potty training" ways in several areas of our home. I was thrilled with the results of Qualls Chemdry. They were able to remove all urine spots leaving my carpet looking and smelling brand new again.

Derek did an amazing job on cleaning the carpets in our mother-in-law apt of our 1977 ranch rambler we moved into summer 2016. The high quality 20-year-old carpet had a lot of stains and dog urine and it now looks like brand new carpet. We wanted to get new carpet but since the existing carpet was a nice thick wool/nylon carpet we thought we'd try carpet cleaning by Qualls Chen Dry and we are amazed how nice it turned out. The quality equaled the price I paid. Derek did an amazing job.
Seth did a great job cleanning my carpets today. Very friendly and efficient and my carpets look great!😋

My kids spilled an Oreo milkshake down our stairs, leaving a stain that has been a conversation starter in our home for quite some time. Our last carpet cleaning we had done was unable to fully remove evidence of the spill. I'd never tried ChemDry before, and decided to give them a chance. No more stains on the stairs. I'm sold on these guys, I'm having them come back and clean my basement carpets this spring.
