Ordered an engine on 1/20/21 and spoke with the manager John beforehand stating we needed the delivery company to provide a lift gate to get it off the truck. When the engine showed up on 2/5/21, the company had nothing to get it off the truck. We asked for it to be re-delivered with something to get it off the truck and that was scheduled for 2/10/21. I found 2 companies and they are tied together ! Quality used engines and Sw engines ! These people need reported to BBB and need to be shut down ! They are ripping everyone off. you can never get a straight answer and no one answers the phone and they do not cover their warranties !! there are other companies out there do look around or by from your local salvage yards !

Thank you all for your reviews. I bought an engine I had to curse them out to get a tracking number 3 weeks after I got the engine, the 4th week the tracking still said pending I called and told them not to send it, cause its hard to get in touch with anyone, so If I were to have an issue Im not confident they would answer the phone or even resolve my issue. they tried to beg me to reconsider but I'm good.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! I am a shop owner writing about an experience for my customer. My customer is from out of town and needed an engine replaced in his truck. Normally I never allow customers to purchase and provide their own parts, but I made an exception this once trying to help them out and save them money. If I had known, I wouldn't have allowed this company to send a engine to begin with. The 1st engine was sent back in March. Don't get scammed!!!! Ordered an engine and had it installed. Worked fine for 10,000 miles and then had a head problem. They said my 5yr 50,000 mile warranty was no good because it was not installed and activated in 10 days.
