I am out of words to explain the frustration of working with this company. Today alone I have been attempting to get in contact with the warranty department for over 5 hours (longest hold time 1 hours, 23 minutes!) Not only have I been on hold for the majority of that time but when I do reach someone, they can't help and those who can are busy. Never have I gotten a call back or an email from anyone. Most unprofessional company I've ever interacted with. Joel and Lisa in the parts department constantly putting me on hold to never pick up again Joel was very aggressive with his tone speaking to me hung up on me more than once. Literally one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with any company. Beware, this company relies on deception and bad business practices. It took over a month to get the engine. Once we received the engine we installed it and called them to pick up the core. They replied, It will cost to much to ship the core back, go ahead and keep it and they will keep my 300.00 core fee.

SCAM Do Not Buy from qualityusedengines.com Found an engine for my 2022 Toyota Highlander from Quality Used Engines. The price was $1,900. The engine received had water that was visible in the headers, rust and corrosion damage also very visible. I took pictures to ensure I have documented evidence of the unusable engine. This by far are the worst Company that I have ever done business with in my entire life. I ordered an Engine in May, they promised at 14 day shipping; that never happened. They gave me all kinds of lies and as of today 7/7/2022 I have not received the engine nor have I received my money back. I've talked to several people that gives me different lies now I'm down to two people ( Megan 414.677.5151 and Sancho 414.435.2376) their ratings are 0 stars.

The worst of the worst. No wonder they've been sued by the Wisconsin Department of Justice. They take your money, you wait 35 working days to get your engine. You try and get your $500.00 core deposit back after being told "all you gotta do is call us within 10 days of installation, have the old engine secured to a heavy-duty pallet, and we'll send you a shipping label and you get your core deposit back" WRONG!
