The worst service ever. Nobody answers the calls. Shipping manager is set to voicemail. Customer Service is negative not even zero. They say 7-14 days for delivery but they dont even process your order for 14 days. Let alone get it delivered. They market the engine at 30k then after placing the order they say the mileage is not guaranteed, then why would you market it for that mileage? This company operates under several different names, and has hundreds of complaints, they are crooked as the day is long, they take your order online only, they don't ship when they are supposed to and then charge a restocking fee of 25% if you cancel even though the item never left the shelf at the alleged Wearhouse, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Ordered engine in June 2021...at approximately 12-14 days later I called to check status of delicery. The customer service could not find my order nor me nothing. After the conversation I read all the bad reviews and cancelled the order with an email and called and cancelled and called my band and cancelled the debit card charge because at that point it seemed they were not reputable for me to ever see my money again. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!!! Sold me a junk engine that made it 6 miles down the road only had 3psi oil pressure, I called them and they said they would send a new engine well it’s been 8 weeks and still no new engine. Shipping department claims they don’t even have an engine to send me amd hung up on me!!! So my truck I make money with is sitting for 4 months now because of this horrible company and there brutal customer service!!!! Big time scam. Got scammed out of $2810. Absolutely a big time loser. I feel like one by trusting the crook. Oh well, I will get over it someday. I hope he OD's on money that will probably go for drugs.
Got scammed by them to. 10 to 14 days to ship a motor 300 miles from them. I just visited there website again. Same old motor came up with the exact miles on it. There is not that many 5.0 motors in the us with that millage on them. I called today and said was in the warehouse and they called me in 15 minutes to tell me if it had been shipped out. No call. I just got scammed out of 2870.00. they don't have a motor like that. I got ripped off
SCAM ALERT !! Read their Warranty page, they will keep 25% of your payment amount for restocking fee even if you cancel the same day !!! They screwed me this way, there should be a way to legally take action against companies like this.
STAY AWAY from these crooks. They are not what they seem to be and will rip you off. I ordered a "premium motor" from them that was supposed to have 70k miles, come steam cleaned and be in perfect working order. I received a dirty oily motor with multiple broken and replaced components that shouldn't have been changed at that mileage. When i tried to contact them i was hung up on and ignored multiple times. I tried to file a claim with their "warrantee department" as well and still havent heard a thing from them. These guys... read more
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!bought a engine. shop said it was no good. had to send diagnostic and pictures of heat tabs. they kept saying they did not get. then one day said. we got you another engine coming. 6 weeks later. they said we never got pictures. and now its to late to replace. They are scammers, awful customer service. Please don't use them. they need to be reported to the BBB. rating needs to be 0
