Recently, I had my car registered here. The staff at Quality Used Cars was helpful and quick. I had plates on my car same day without an appointment at the DMV. Good experience, good people.

I bought a 2018 Nissan Altima from Quality Used Cars LLC Wallingford CT dealer, Address: 110 Pent Hwy, Wallingford, CT 06492,and I paid the tax and registration fee to the dealer on the spot. Initially, the deal was done over Messenger. After that, I went to the dealership three times, but the car wasn't available. I visited this dealership to look at a car and left a $100 deposit to hold it. Later that same day, I decided not to purchase the car and texted the salesperson to let him know he could show it to other buyers. He never responded. When I called the next day to request my deposit back, he hung up on me and then blocked my number. This was extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Be careful before doing any business here.
