They simply do honest work for a fair price and deliver on time. I recently moved to the area and was weary of finding a new shop, but Quality Tire Pros have exceeded my expectations.
Left my car to be checked out for a check engine light. Needed transmission work - which they don’t do. Left the car overnight and when I picked it up- seems “someone” tried to cut the catalytic converter off. Asked what my options were- told my best was to take it to a exhaust place and have it fixed. The car is old and too many miles - even having the transmission work is a stretch- but to have a added cost to the repair due to a unsafe neighborhood is disappointing.
Good people. Fair prices. They back their work.

Quality Tire has the best customer experience/customer service you’ll find. It’s not sometimes, it’s every time.
I’ve had Quality Tire replace tires on more than one vehicle and both times it was a quick and painless experience. The staff is nice and professional. The prices have been reasonable as well. I feel like I can strongly recommend them. The shop is really convenient if you work around the downtown area.
