I hate the hotel... very poor breakfast. Don’t try
It’s a nice hotel but they have bad reception to internet
I would never stay at this hotel. I cancelled within 15 min of making reservation and the managers Rachel and Norma are always too busy to call back or the front desk Diana says she will give message and nothing. I was charged twice on 2 different days for a hotel that I originally was going to stay one night. If you don't want fraud on your card I would not book this hotel. Horrible experience!

I work for Southwest Airlines and I'm in San Diego often. I have a routine. I never leave my suitcases open. When I returned to my room today, my suitcase was wide open and things moved in my luggage. I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office. This is completely unsatisfactory.
