WORST MANAGER AND HOTEL EVER. SHE STOLD OUR DEPOSIT AND LEFT BE4 WE EVEN CHECKED OUT. HER REASON: WE HAD A SERVICE ANIMAL.. ILLLEGAL.. AND WE EVEN CALLED 1ST TO ASK IF THEY COULD ACCOMMODATE US. NEXT DAY THEY SAID THEY WERE KEEPING OUR DEPOSIT CAUSE WE HAD A SERVICE ANIMAL IN THE ROOM WHO HAS ALL THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS TOO. CROOKED ASS MEXICAN WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION. RecommendedVery friendly staff and very close to CBX
Every so often I come to San Diego to work. Out of all my stays down here this is the second hotel that I found that is clean, polite, spacious and friendly staffed. I highly recommend this place to stay even for just vacation all though I’m using it for work purposes.
Homophobic staff.. unacceptable in this day and age.

charges security deposit with out letting me know..no customer service..shower are old an rusty. coffe maker duty not good maintenance;(((
Was looking for a reasonable place for the night. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious with refrigerator and microwave. Close to restaurants and border. Highly recommend
