My wife and I purchased our first Subaru from Quality and have always serviced there as well. Recently we decided to shop for a new car and naturally we wanted to go with Quality again. My wife was put in contact with Nadia Lesieur and it was not a pleasant experience. We were trying to get a good price on a new Forester via email seeing as we live quite a ways away. Terrible experience with Quality Subaru. I was working with the agent, Ann, and with the Sales Manager, Mike, on final details of a vehicle purchase when they played games. They told me they put a hold on the car for us (so I could speak to my husband) and sold it to someone else with a lack of transparency through this process (I think they were working both deals at the same time and playing games). This is my 2ed vehicle purchase from Quality Subaru, and once again I’m extremely satisfied. Ann was the sales person that I worked with 3 years ago. I was so excited to work with her once again on this purchase. Ann is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and took the time to answer all of my questions.
