Purchased a dishwasher a week ago and it works perfectly. It’s amazingly clean and smelled like bleach! They even gave me an extra hose and insulation. Parking was easy and loading was a snap. Everyone at the shop was extremely helpful. Thanks guys!
I bought a new to me washer here this past August -- I waited until 4 months had passed to review just to be sure everything was still working after the warranty period expired. We had the best experience buying our washer and dryer set! We walked right in and found the same set NEW that we were looking to buy at a large retail store for HALF the price!! Kristen was absolutely fabulous to work with! They were friendly, accommodating, and very fast at getting everything done! You cannot beat the prices or the sales associates! They made spending that much money so much easier! We will be back!!

After having a very strange experience at the Sears Outlet store (Kingston Pike), we came in to QPA and were helped by Chris. He was so awesome and we found what we were looking for right away. He held it for two days until we could come to pick it up and changed out the power chord for us. Super nice guy! We'll be back!
