Recommendedthey are nice, professional ,and listen to the patients. that's already better than everyone else in town.
At front desk great service. Once you are transferred you will be put on hold for a long time and then your call is dropped. I left a voice message and no reply either. Really disappointed.

best thing I've had happen to me in a long time..
My first appointment is coming up, but I have to say, just the interaction with several staff members over the phone has been far different than any medical facility I've dealt with to date. The fact that I've talked to actual people who cared about helping me, and didn't just send me to someone's voicemail, is beyond refreshing. And if I did have to leave a message, someone returned my call within a reasonable amount of time!! I'm just really impressed, and it relieves some of my stress from having medical issues. Terrible customer service. Lazy Insurance processing, have had to fight by myself to get claim submitted and paid. then my PCP left and they refuse to tell me where he went. Because insurance denied a claim, they have refused to authorize my Rx refills. going on 2 months without medication...and the girl I talked to 'does not care". BLECH...over it.
Since starting my pain treatment at Quality of Life with Dr. Manny I am able to function so much better.
As staff and a patient, I would definitely recommend Quality of life. They have caring providers and with a wide range of specialties are able to help a lot of people.
