I really like their location on a bus line; but I had trouble as a new patient; when I made my first appointment 2020.7.1, I was told by the front desk that there was a covid-19 lockdown, so that my appt would be by phone on 8.4; but then the doctor had to cancel that, so the appointment was move to 9.1, but after nobody called that day and I asked why, they said I had been misinformed: a new patient appt is always in-person, ie, in the office, never over the phone. . that is going to be a serious injustice if they bill me f... read more

Hold times, no matter when I called, were ridiculously long. I printed and filled out the new patient forms at home, then when I came in for my appt, I was handed new, blank forms without the receptionist even making eye contact with me. I arrived 20 mins early, then waited 45 mins PAST the time of my appt to be seen. I watched as they turned away another patient who was 6 mins late for his appt. My lab results took THREE weeks. I had to make several calls (see hold times above) to ask for them. My provider finally called an... read more

This is truly a life saving experience. Been a patient for 3 years and I cannot imagine life without the love and support I have received from The Doctor and his staff. This is a true example of a system that works!!
