My medium-rare filet mignon was cooked almost to perfection. Just a tad off, but better that it was under cooked than over for me. I wasn’t impressed by the flavor, it didn’t taste like anything. Service and ambience was minimal. Not a single person in dining room on a April, Thursday evening. The wait staff was more a busboy then professional. Experience was only memorable because we had the whole dining room to ourselves. Food was not original or memorable. Definitely not the NY experience. Laws of diminishing returns are evident in MIA vs NY
Salmon Poke bowl app before the filet with Asparagus was perfect. No need for steak sauce, cooked to perfection. 🏽
