Couch was dirty and the sink wasn't cleaned. There were old stains on the bed sheets and pillow cases. Will not be my first choice in the Roanoke area .
#1 no heat ...dirty towels...the bed skirt totally ripped... hole in wall....no iron or ironing board... draft from bottom of door not properly sealed on the bottom you could see light from the outside! ....an breakfast bar was shut down early! 9:00 am supposed to stay open till 9:30am!
Great hotel. Great manager, staff is amazing as well. They really care for their guests and always go the extra mile to help anyone. I highly recommend.
A few dirty spots, tub didn't have a stopper so I could give my daughter a bath. Bed was comfy though. Employees were friendly.
The room was dirty and the sick wouldn't drain. Lady at the front was rude. Had to change rooms. They said they had a indoor pool but DON'T.
