On their sign it says that customer service is their priority. That is not true. Judy at front desk was very rude when I told her about my dissatisfaction of my room. There's roaches also the mat in the bathtub was deteriorating and I couldn't take a bath and I couldn't watch just about all the channels on the tv because it said no signal. Saw the room and left. Will not be returning in the future room clearly hasn’t been cleaned the sheets have creepy crawly thing on them. Still waiting to see if they will refund my money. Sad after being at the hospital all day I was looking forward to a nice sleep.
My husband and I stayed there on September 8th 2017. The sheets were stained and dirty. I found several long hairs and well worn dirt on the fitted sheets. When I went to the front desk to ask for a new clean set of sheets I was told that I was incorrect that there was no way the sheets were dirty and that they were just stained. I assured the lady that the sheets were dirty and that she could see her self since she called me a liar. After a half hour waiting for a new set of sheets I was beyond pissed. We had quite an enjoyable/pleasant stay. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. We will most definitely be back for a return stay, when in the Roanoke area. Thank you!!!!! 👍🏻
