Wow! This hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are beautiful, Renovations were done well, Hardwood flooring, New bedding, Hot breakfast buffet! (Where would you find a hotel like this). Chris the Manager is the most Customer Service Oriented individual you will meet in the Hospitality Business, I was there for only one day, and bumped into him at least 4 times. If I could give this place a negative score i would've in a heartbeat. We placed a reservation a half of a week to a week in advance, complete with MULTIPLE confirmations of a crib to be in the room for my 1yr old..only to be told "well its not there we don't have it someone else does" (after a 15 hour drive with two exhausted 9yr old boys and a worn out 1yr old). THEN after being told to "just figure it out", we find some filthy (visibly grimy) bobby pens all over the floor, white globs of who knows what in the drawers and ... read more
This was definitely the worst place I have ever stayed. Light over sink did not work, my bed did not have mattress pad and mattress was filthy. The other bed had blanket that was full of holes. TV did not have signal and was told that was because hotel was too close to airport. Asked to be moved to another room and was called at 12:45 am.
Booked 4 rooms walked into mine the bedspread had a burn hole in it room booked for our son bed had been made but evidently not changed found someone else's socks and hair under covers. Spoke to manager said would give 15% off price I'll wait see my credit card statement we'll see

It had a beautiful view but the room air was horrible. Also had a Stain on the comforter. Besides that it was OK. Only stayed one night.
Overbooked so we didn't get the room we booked until our second night, but only after I asked and they made it seem like a hassle. Bathroom was disgusting (hair in drain, no shower liner, vent was small and coated in thick dust), lights and pictures were crooked, and the quilts and curtains had stains. The decor and colors were nice and the beds were comfortable enough.
