Down to earth quality staff! High end accommodations and a special touch of extraordinary service. My number one recommendation to all my family and friends! This Inn was recommended to us and we will always recommend it to ALL we meet coming to Spokane or just passing through! This is a cut above your average five star. We give it the 5 double Star!
Wheelchair people can't go to lounge without going out and around back of the hotel to be let in a exit door and there's no way for them to get into the dining room either.
This was a downright disaster due to the clerk telling me three times that their computers were down so we paid in cash only to find out couple hours later that my card had been charged three times. When I approached the front desk with this their was total disdain. Would never recommend this establishment to anyone.
When we got back Friday night the parking lot in front was full and people were parking in two spots. When we told the hotel that there was no place to park safely and there were people double park they would not do anything about it. Then they told us we cannot park where we were because it was a fire lane but yet the employee cars parked in the fire lane and that was okay! I have been coming to Spokane for the past 4 months for medical treatment and have stayed at this hotel all 4 times. This hotel is fantastic! Every time I come, I am cheerfully shuttled to and from my procedure (for free!). The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is extremely cheerful and helpful, without being solicitous. They help make my medical treatment more than bearable. My thanks to this wonderful hotel.
It was great. The room was very clean and when we left the hotel to go somewhere it was clean again. The pool was awesome my kids loved it. They were all nice to us. Great place to go.
