We had an excellent experience at the Quality Inn Downtown last November during the big windstorm in Spokane. Our home was without power and we were able to get a room that was just right for setting up our "portable office" to continue to run our home business. The staff was great, even though many of them did not have power at their own home! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Spokane needing a reasonably priced hotel.
We originally stayed at this Quality Inn because we had a Dr. appointment near by, but we have over the years had such good experiences there that we now stay there whenever we come to Spokane. The rooms are nice and clean and have all the things you would expect to have. The employees are wonderful, and a joy to work with, they are always willing to help you above and beyond what you need or ask for :)
Great staff, and very nice place to stay.. close enough to downtown not that there's much to see in Spokane but a very convenient location
Beds are comfy. Staff is helpful. Super convenient to everywhere u wanna go. Close to appointments.
Is a good place to stay bn here for almost 5 days is bn great and even give discounts if u are here w/ a family member at the hospital, the room are clean and confortable and stuff are nice and helpful
They are always trying to accommodate my family's needs and are so welcoming. They are caring and loving toward our son who has autism and go out of their way to make him happy.
Pretty basic, not sure why they charged us for parking... Anyway, comfortable and clean so just fine! If you are bothered by noise I would ask for a room facing away from the freeway.
