RecommendedEverything we experience was fine except for the beds are way too soft. And non-supportive.
We have just returned home to the UK after a three week holiday visiting family. Room was lovely, large, clean and well cared for. Staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and willing to help with any problems, nothing was too much trouble - including searching the laundry for our sons Worry Monster when he couldn’t find it!! Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning on our next visit to the USA.
