BED BUGS! Rude service! very unprofessional! would never stay unless your a professional exterminator! I provided the bug and the manager didn't care! on top of that a grandma of room mate dropped off her service dog and they revoked out 150 dollar deposit! The dog is smaller than most cats, and I front stay in our room but for more than 90 seconds. They don't care if you have a handicap family member.

Don't stay here! I had booked this hotel through hotels. com. After showing up to the hotel I found out the girl on the phone accidentally booked the wrong date. I had called hotels. com to see what I could do to switch the date since we still wanted to stay at the hotel. They told me the general manager (Paul Garcha) had to approve the refund and rebook. So I called him directly. He said he would not approve it and it was my fault for not booking directly through the hotel. What a worthless manager! He literally lectured me... read more
