When I booked this room they told me we would have ocean front (even if you got ocean front you can't see the ocean). I get there to find neither room was. We wanted to find somewhere else to stay because it looked like a dump. Jenna told me we could do that and said we would have to pay for the whole stay and then get a refund for the other days. Then takes my Money and tells me nevermind there is no cancellation policy. The rooms and pool look nothing like the picture. Very old and outdated. Not worth the price you pay at ... read more

Awesome the front staff was Proactive. Thanks especially to Joyce Herbin and Brittany Paatorius. I would stay at this location again.

Wi-fi doesn't work. Room condition is sub- standard. I recommend you try another hotel.

Beginning with the beautiful young ladies at the front desk and their exemplary professionalism, through to the superb breakfast staff and the proficient housekeepers, these folks at this fine establishment know the difference between customer service and customer CARE --- and they walk the talk, too.
