I had such an amazing experience here! The Manager, Amanda was amazing and so accommodating and professional. The housekeeping staff is so sweet and is always checking if you need new towels or anything to make your stay pleasant. The location is fabulous- and you are steps from the beach and a beautiful outdoor pool which is a great option for late evening swims. We will definitely be making another trip later this summer! Thank you for a wonderful first trip to the Outer Banks!

I'm getting charged for a stay that didn't end up going to and now you won't refund my money..here is my confirmation 1879084601 been trying to reach Amanda for it to get help on this but I'm not getting anywhere.
The room was very outdated the wood floors were awful.when we arrived the front staff was very nice the bed was dirty was sand in my bed and we had gone to the beach yet..so disappointed will never stay again at this hotel
Room was not cleaned til 3:30, Shower would not drain, fridge leaked puddles across floor. When told about it all that was said was sorry !!! at $ 200.00 dollars a night I expected a lot better. Won't be back !!!!
