Conveniently located right by a boardwalk to the beach, and conveniently located near the center of the Outer Banks to make exploring both north and south very easy, BUT…the hotel is worn out, our room was dirty, and our bathroom was filthy. DO NOT STAYBooked a room drove fourteen hours and was told we canceled your reservation. You will have to pay again and it cost more here than the third party you had booked with. My sister actually booked another room. Nasty, had unfinished food container and fork…it’s Covid times for Gods Sake! This motel was in dirty disrepair. Bedding was dirty floors were dirty the bathroom was not only dirty but had cobwebs and mold. I believe the hotel might’ve had some damage from a hurricane which is understandable but the repairs that are being made or Done poorly it is not being cleaned up in between times of actually working on the job. Pictures are deceiving. looks nothing like the pictures. we got to our room and out sheets didn't look clean, v asked front desk to send housekeeping to remake our bed and it didn't happen. Two hours later we just went got some clean sheets from front desk and made the bed ourselves. Hotel looks outdated. We have access door from room to beach and it doesn't work. Won't stay at another Quality Inn
awful people. signs everywhere to where a mask, yet no employees could be bothered. manager now wearing one either. don't go there ever.
Erin was our desk clerk. we had a mix up with our reservation and i feel she went above and beyond to help us. the hotel is very convenient to everything. thank you Erin and the manager.
Don't stay at this dump of a hotel! We booked two rooms and one was supposed to be handicapped but neither were, the rooms were absolutely filtht, I had to knock down cobwebs in the bathroom, and to top it all off the manager tried to blame us for his laziness.
HIre new housekeepers!!! This place was NASTY !!!!!
