I stayed here this past week and had no problems...until Thursday night! Had trucks/semis right outside my window idling, approximately 15’ from my window and I am a light sleeper. Needless to say worked off of minimal sleep! Told the front desk and as I figured there wasn’t much he could do! I understand it isn’t his fault and should be addressed in someway. Besides that customer service was good and the place was clean.
My family stay here every year when we come for school shopping. Nice rooms, cute little pool/hot tub area and good breakfast for a reasonable price. Look forward to next time!
Awesome place to stay had room for a last min reservation on the 4th of July highly recommend this hotel
We were there on 2 occasions and both times the hot tubs weren't working. We complained and the mgr. did nothing. Customer service stinks and we will never stay there again. The least he could have done was given us a free night but nothing. At the end of a long day of shopping it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub. Poor management and we would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone else.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, decent pool, good clean room and awesome continental breakfast. Will be staying again in the future!
Clean room, comfortable bed, nice complimentary breakfast, overall for the price it was not bad. The bathroom was small and oddly laid out, and their was no elevator, which was a downer as after a long trip the last thing most want to do is drag a bunch of luggage up the stairs. Overall though I would say if you are on a budget check this place out as it is a good value for the money, but if you can spend a few extra bucks you might want to look at one of the others in the area, I wish I had due to the lack of an elevator.
