Phionne is the type of realtor you want to have in your corner. She's knowledgeable about the process from beginning to end. She not only sold me my house 20yrs ago. She sold my mom's house. It was bitter sweet on the sell of my mother's house. When the house was listed there were 2 offers within 48hrs, one above listing.
