Very upset with the unprofessional behavior Francis had. He did NOT leave our home in the same condition it was when he arrived. He tried to leave without explaining WHY he couldn’t find a breaker HE flipped himself. This man was very rude to my husband who is 76 years old. He actually said “ not my house, not my problem. If this man doesn’t know how to flip a breaker he should not inspect home. Also - this house is 2690 sq feet and he had us out of our home for almost 5 hours. 100% recommend Quality Home Inspection, inspected two houses for us recently, Francis is very professional, did an amazing job with pointing out every detail and then he sends you a clear and easy to understand report with very good quality pictures/videos. Aside from his great work he is polite and super nice.
