This company is a fraud. We had so much bad experience with billing dept about over charging and it is not one time accident.
Worst healthcare provider I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. NOT a doctor, but rather a Nurse Practitioner. My wife and I went to this provider for separate reasons (physical, cough) at different times and the only thing this "doctor" had to proscribe was to cut milk out of our diets. Apparently, milk is the root of all that ails every patient.
