After much research and time spent in finding the best prices possible for my large tile project, I found Quality Florring4less. The pricing online for the two tiles we were considering were $2.59 & $2.49 respectively and to be picked up in ******* ** or delivered for an additional $1258.32 as quoted by ****. This comoany is great. My flooring was out of stock everywhere in the entire country and they found me enough for my order and got it to me within 5 days. All these other reviews i dont think they checked availability or something. I dont get how they have such bad reviews. The employees were fantastic and very curtious even after i explained my worry after placing my order and then reading these crazy reviews. Check availability before ordering would be my only guess. I followed the web site for ****** solid hardwood order and decided to call before placing it. I was told the price the web was quoting is for Engineered hardwood and not solid. False advertising to attract customers, classic bait and switch. My advise: stay away.

I am giving them a chance to make good on a serious problem that occurred with my delivery of $3800 of new flooring: it fell of the truck somewhere in transit (not their fault, but the company is the one that must manage the claim with the shipping company they used). I was delivered a pile of largely splintered, cracked, broken planks, wrapped up in plastic; they had been picked off the road. This was 2 months ago. Horrible customer service. I had problems with missed delivery dates, which cost me money for hired workers. I had problems with the quality of bamboo flooring worth close to $7,000. The response from this seller was non-existent. Calls not returned, promises made and not kept. They strung me along for several months with lies and more lies. They don't care about their customers after the sale is made.
