To whom it may concern: On 7/22/25 , I paid for ******* for 16 cases of flooring from a ************* company : Quality flooring for less . The 16 cases were then shipped to me in ****, ** via T Force freight . The pick up date was 7/24/25. When I picked up my flooring , it was evident that the pallet was damaged as some of the cases were damaged , 5 to be exact . This is a clown show ran by clowns and is NOT in any way worth the few bucks youll save ordering from them. They do nothing but make excuses for not performing, deflect, never return calls when they say they will, and nearly everything they said would happen did not happen. Id be absolutely embarrassed if I were them but they not only are not embarrassed they think they are doing a great job. I needed 500+ sq ft of flooring to match what I have in the downstairs of my house and the style I have was discontinued about 5 years ago. STAY AWAY even if you pay more elsewhere, customer service is awful!! We ordered over $2000 in flooring and was given the run around for weeks, we ended up putting a stop on the funds from the bank before we ever received it, was told numerous lies about where our flooring even was and then we were given a phone number so we could track it down ourselves!! They took my information and charged my card with out my permission and then after calling emails they finally returned only 75% of my money saying flooring was moved can not produce any paperwork. This company is nothing but a scan so beware of ordering anything or discussing anything. They said I would get an invoice to sign which I did and never signed but pulled money from my account anyway. These few good reviews must be from people that actually work there. Total scam
Was reluctant to order flooring from this company because of reviews, but did anyway! Couldn't have had a better experience! The order came in before expected, no damage, and everyone involved was totally professional! So not do business with these company. Ten months ago, we ordered flooring from this company and they did not send one pallet to us. They drug us through the ringer claiming we had to wait for a 6 month investigation to complete, but they never had any intention on refunding us for our missing flooring. They are crooks.
Buyer Beware, paid (ALOT) $$852.63 to have Flooring delivered to my door, DID NOT HAPPEN. Had to hire an additional company $370.00 (which QFFL PROMISED TO REFUND ME), DID NOT HAPPEN Now in CC dispute process, which QFFL is denying. UNBELIEVABLE! ********************* shame in you, you said you would take care of this!
After much research and time spent in finding the best prices possible for my large tile project, I found Quality Florring4less. The pricing online for the two tiles we were considering were $2.59 & $2.49 respectively and to be picked up in ******* ** or delivered for an additional $1258.32 as quoted by ****.
