Chris Rivera did an outstanding job. I always ask for him to repair any plumbing issue. Today he replaced a bathroom faucet drain. There was a problem that could have cost me thousands of dollars if the pipe had leaked since I live in a multi-family complex. His thoroughness and attention to detail is amazing. We had a leak that needed to be fixed immediately since it affected our carpets. *********************** did a phenomenal job. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and found where the leak was coming from immediately. I highly recommend this company and appreciate the job ***** did in this highly stressful moment this evening.very much appreciated.
We had an emergency main line back up with sewage flooding a third of our basement. It was easy to get an appointment and ******* showed up at 12:30 for the 12:00-2:00 appointment window. He went above and beyond. Explained each thing he need to try to find the problem. He stayed for 5 hours working hard to figure it out. Even had a supervisor come out to help. Quality First 1st Plumbing is the best plumbing and HVAC company in town.
