I had such a great experience here! I was really nervous because I had to get temporary crowns, but the doctor made me feel so comfortable from the moment I sat down. She constantly checked on me, made sure I was okay, and explained every step of the process, which really helped ease my anxiety. I used to like this place. Perhaps it’s about time to let go. And yes they didn’t have to write back to tell me to look for other dentists elsewhere. I already did. I did expect to get the partial back because I have suffered for it. But that they had the audacity to cancel the service because I wrote a formal complaint letter to express my concerns. Such arrogance and condescending manner. This is how they value their clients. Perhaps because I am only but one of the thousands of customers that they may have. But anyway her... read more
