The service was great and the tech was very knowledgeable and friendly.
3/31/26update: Very pleased with the technician and Quality Comfort. They were very prompt in repairing our a/c unit. The young man was very polite, friendly, and informative. When we chose Quality Comfort we definitely selected the right company. 4/23/25 update: Technician was on time, efficient, and explained everything to us. He was very good at answering our questions. We are extremely pleased with this technician and quality comfort services!!!
Caleb provided excellent communication regarding the service issue and options to fix or replace our a/c unit. Very nice and polite. Office staff is also very nice and easy to work with.
