After careful consideration, I have decided to leave an honest review that I have not come here to do before. I have been with this provider for 4 or 5 years maybe, since I moved here to the DFW area. It seem to start well about concerns of discussing my health. I always thought it was in my best interest to discuss my medical concerns with the provider that was to diagnose me. Front desk lady is rude didn’t book my appointment at time she explained received No message and now I have to start back over because it’s been over 2 years last has no care or respect for people trying to get seen

Maria in scheduling is very unprofessional, unable to get an appointment for my medication for a month. No communication with the pharmacy regarding refills. This doctors office will let you runout of medicine then put you on a waitlist for an appointment. Very unorganized and not prompt. Don’t waist your time and stress with this location. After 5+ years I will be looking for another doctor.
