I didn’t appreciate the poor customer service I received from Hanna today. My service appointment I had scheduled for today didn’t happen during hours I was told to be expecting them (noon to 3pm). Quality Cleaning Solutions is a very professional, friendly, polite, and outstanding company! Two very kind and extremely qualified men, Steve and Scott came to our house to clean out our ducts . First of all, we didn’t give them a lot of notice, but we needed the ducts cleaned out in a few days. They said that was no problem. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had.
