Qualicare helped with the transition between hospital and home for my 95 yr. old mother who had been treated for pneumonia. They responded very quickly to my request for in-home care. Scheduling was challenging due to my rural location but they bent over backwards to try to meet our needs. They are truly a wonderful group of kind and caring people. About 2 months ago we were inquiring to a couple different companies to help with some part time care for my mother in law. Qualicare took the time to come talk and find out what they could help with and were very supportive with what our needs were! The care staff that has come to help my mother in law are very helpful, kind, supportive and they let my mother in law be independent but also are very respectful and responsive when she needs help too. I definitely highly recommend them for all your care needs!!
Qualicare (Katie) tended to my son for a serious back wound that needed care and dressing. She was excellent, very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I would not hesitate to use this business again.
