Honestly the worst place I have ever lived. Some of the office staff (Heather) is amazing. The newest gal has 0 compassion for any situation going on. Like she is being bothered when you call to tell them of a situation going on with your apartment. Like my indoor cat getting fleas from the neighbors or my walls growing mushrooms from black mold. No big deal, they'll get to it when they get to it. The portal for paying rent is crap. Every time I try to get back in to it it says I have to have management reboot my log in so h... read more
Terrible complex! Incompetent management! Be sure to have your mail and packages sent elsewhere, because management will throw packages away!
Office staff is friendly but takes too long to respond to emails and phone calls requiring multiple attempts. The office hours are very hard to work around if you have a job but the staff was very nice about taking packages to my place for me. Maintenance is fairly timely on requests.
We absolutely love living here Michelle and kelsey are the best! The apartment is beautiful and well maintained.. very quiet nice gym.. just a great place to live
I lived there for 3 years and it was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Very quiet, everyone is nice (both staff and other tenants) and it felt very safe! After reading some of the other reviews, I think these people were mad about single issues and wanted to vent by writing a bad review. The only reason I moved is because I bought a house. This is an excellent place to live and for the price range you will find no better in Springfield. Would suggest to anyone!
STRONGLY recommend against living here. There are many better alternatives for apartments in Springfield. I rented from here because I was on a time crunch and needed a place that would accept my dog and after all of my troubles I wish I looked elsewhere. On my move-in day I was supposed to meet with someone to let me in, I set this up special for a Saturday. I show up on one of the hottest days of the summer (moving from 3 hours away) and there was nobody there. I had to...Continue Reading
Honestly, we had some issues when we first moved here and we were very upset with the situation we were in. Michelle and the management team/owners fixed the situation and made up for it. We love our apartment and we really love the manager Michelle. She is a genuine person and you can tell she really truly cares about the property and her tenants. She works nonstop for us and we're very thankful for her. We would recommend this property to anyone. The neighbors are great and the property is nice. If you ever have a concern ... read more
The studio I moved into had cockroaches and I wasn't told about it. They say you don't pay water and sewer but it's a separate charge they add on in addition to your rent, (which should include the water and sewer charge if you're paying for it), but it doesn't. You get an additional $35 per month charge in the final two months They would rather argue than help you.
