I’ve lived here for almost two years. I’m only leaving because I bought a house....but it’s so hard to leave! From the office staff that is always warm and hospitable, to the maintenance crew that is so responsive any time there is an issue, it has been a tremendous pleasure living here. Quail Cove (and Quail Lake) made a very difficult time in my life much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you Quail Cove for everything!

You can not find a better place to live. All of the staff here are GREAT from the ladles in the office to all of the maintenance guys. I've lived here for over 10 years and I've not had one bad experience.

Love this place lots of stuff to do quail lake. Swim in outdoor pool at apts / hot tub / workout room. Management is friendly. Maintenance is friendly. Responds to needs I love this place!
