Love my apartment there is definitely room for improvement with the property but that is every where you will go but for the price it is a great place!

We just moved in here, but couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this community. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the grounds are clean and well maintained, and even on a Saturday night, the neighbors are peaceful and quiet. Love our experience so far!
What's better than living at a place that offers the grandeur of the mountains on one side, a lake to hike around on the other, and a mirade of wildlife to put a smile on your face? If you're a nature lover, you're going to love living here! Not to mention the friendly management and maintenance workers that provide great customer care.
I have lived here for 3 years. The entire staff...office and maintenance...cannot be any friendlier. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner. And it is a very quiet place to live too.
I love these apartments very close-knit community close to anything you'll ever need. Their staff is very understanding and friendly!
Quail Cove has such an excellent staff. Kim and Jennifer are so helpful, and they go out of their way to do such nice things, like the Christmas wrapping station in the Clubhouse, hot cocoa delivered to our door for the invitations to the awesome Christmas party, and the community donation boxes. The staff is awesome. I had to be away from home for 4 months and they checked on my apartment while I was gone. The grounds and apartments are always well maintained.
