On a Saturday I came out of work to find a flat tire on my bike. Called Quaid they said to bring it over and they would do their best to take care of me. Arrived about 2 and was fixed and on my way buy 4 very happy with the service department.They also did there best to lower my bill buy getting me a discount on the tire price to make the price lower than the quoted price.
sporty went in for collision repair. took way too long. they completely missed replacing the badly scarred clutch cover; the clutch cable was too loose (had to tighten it myself when I discovered it); the left mirror they replaced was only hand tight and spun freely the first time I tried to ride it. Also, the projected completion date. was postponed because they said it wouldn't start (mechanic said there was no spark). turns out they forgot to put gas in it (I gave it to them with half a tank).
