Recommendedi honestly love this place. this is the 2nd time i buy a bike from them and i just gotta say they go out there way for you. they helped me the first time and even more the second time. the customer service in sales and in the service department is amazing and they best part is they treat you like family.
Good job on Installing wheel bearings and tires.. Only problem greasy fingerprints on chrome wheels and chrome drive pulley.. whoever did the bike wash did poor job!
We have been a Quaid customer for years. My son bought an awesome Harley last year and the two guys love riding Quaid keeps them enjoying what they love.
Visited from out of state to purchase parts/ clothing. The young girl employed Miranda was very unprofessional, no knowledge to help as consumed on her cell phone, I litterally walked OUT!

I thought I had an extended family of fare helpful employees but things aren’t what they lead you to believe. While they are tying to seal the deal you are the best. Went to parts to inquire about a small muffler tip from a bike I bought from them and the sales rep totally was no help. I went to spend money and he treated me like mines wasn’t green. Customer service brings in more customers .
