Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in a long time!!! First the bike I test drove had no rear brakes!!! Then I went to the end of summer bash they had ordered some parts that I have been told were going to be shipped to me twice!! I got a call today 2 weeks after they were supposed to be shipped and was told they were suppose to be shipped today!!! I will believe it when I see it. I will not be back here unless I get another recall notice!
WTF is up with this no returns/no refund policy? Thanks for NOT telling me before I got my parts! Just lost a customer.
