When I need something for my Harleys I call Quaids first. The staff is always helpful & knowledgeable. I have not had a bad experience . keep up the good work.

Exceptional customer service.
My Father in law has been a customer of there's for the last 3 years and all in all the service has been great. That being said there has been a recall on saddlebags last June. He turned his paperwork to Quaid Harley Davidson in June to replace the money he spent replacing the bags. They told him it would take 5 weeks to get his money. It is now January and they still have not reimbursed him. If there is any riders who are in the same situation I would like to hear from you. Thank you.
Im a truck driver and had a layover for a couple days in LA and decided to rent a Harley for the weekend. The awesome folks at Quaid set me up with a brand new Heritage Softail on short notice and even helped me get a lift back to my truck when i brought the bike back!
We went to Quaid yesterday to buy a backrest for our 97 sportster...well...thanks to Eric and joe, we left with a 08 street glide!! Amazing service. They were so friendly and helpful. I would never have thought we could afford a bigger bike but they made it happen! The girls that work there never forgot about us either, constantly checking to make sure we were doing ok!
