RecommendedI recently experienced an issue with my bag being misrouted into MLI (not their fault - the bag just ended up there). While trying unsuccessfully to work with the airline to locate my bag in MLI I reached out to the administration at MLI for help. Within 15 minutes, literally 15 minutes, my bag was located and a plan was developed to get my bag returned to me. Thank you some much MLI for facilitating the rescue of my bag!!! Excellent customer service!!!!
Always a problem with my flights. This week, catastrophic delays both leaving and trying to come home. Had to rebook to Cedar Rapids and rent a car to have a prayer of getting home. When my bag was lost, I had to wait until after 2:00 to get a call from a completely uncaring employee who felt threatened that I was really upset about having 2 unreasonable options for getting my bag: drive over and get it or wait until between 9 pm and midnight for delivery. My plane was delayed almost 3hrs the staff kept me updated and the food/bar was very hospitable! Thanks for making a delay tolerable!
My dad and I had to travel to Florida today to attend my uncle’s funeral. When the staff at the ticket counter and TSA found out my dad is a Veteran of the United States Air Force (Vietnam), they treated him like royalty. He’s talked about it all day. Thanks for going above and beyond and recognizing his service. An experience we won’t forget!
There has to be a more efficient way to handle new TSA screening. Takes longer here than it takes me in MSP! You need more lines or faster screeners. Very frustrating.
Just received a delay because “the ground crew doesn’t have enough equipment to push us back.” Terrible TSA, Lack of equipment, always issues. #dobetter!
Love flying in and out of MLI however tonight was ridiculous. United last flight came in early so baggage did that flight before the last American. Waited over 30 mins while the guys just hung around the American plane Not sure if they were taking a break or milking the clock
Worst bag claim in Midwest. Routinely wait 30 minutes for them to unload plane.
