RecommendedEasy access in and out. I fly from here a couple times a year, nothing bad to say. Long delay last Saturday but it was due to ‘Mother Nature’ not cooperating in Dallas.
Every single time I have gone to fly out of this airport, my flight has been canceled. Worst airport ever.

Just like every other flight...landed early and here we sit on tarmek waiting for gate personal to get us to gate. Seriously this happens every single time. Get it together!!!

$5.00 for a water at the air hub in the terminal. They said that’s what they charged in the gift store as well. Total lie it was only $2.99. When trying to communicate with Miranda at the bar, she explained that they are separate from the airport and don’t set the prices. Her attitude sinks, but I did get a refund. Lesson learned. No stars!
Waiting for de-icing and the truck broke down. I guess they only have one truck for the entire airport. Thanks for making me miss my connection. By the way, we still haven’t left the ground.
