Very clean! Nice flight ✈️ too!
Business response:
Thank you for your recommendation, Linda! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your recent experience. Safe travels!
It's convenient. But flying out today, no hand sanitizers worked, one of the automatic water bottle dispensers didn't work, & the women's bathroom was out of paper towels. Kind of disappointing in this time of trying to be as touchless as possible.
Business response:
Hi Elizabeth, thanks for the helpful feedback! This was very concerning to us so we shared this with our maintenance team who checked each sanitizer again and couldn't find anything out of working order but they'll be checking these more frequently to spot and resolve any issues. We're taking our COVID-19 response extremely seriously and your experience helps us make sure we aren't leaving anything out of our processes. We appreciate your recommendation.
Especially loved the recliner seats and stools to use whilst waiting for a flight.
I love flying out of moline .I have have always been treated well and staff was very helpfil
MLI is much more convenient than going to Chicago. Easy check in. Small crowds.
Most of the times flights are either delayed or canceled...ALOT!!!. Definitely dont have a choice in flight times either. You do have to walk a ways to the rental cars. No food choices except for this little cafe. So eat before you come!! I fly AA. Planes are older. No charging stations on board. Charge in the airport...if you can find a spot.
No free parking, no vehicle getting customers to get to and from their cars in the dark or in terrible icy, snowy, butter cold weather plowing snow up in the back and front of cars! Never will I use this airport. Peoria isn't that far away! Even hospitals have teams for clients to get to and from their cars!!
Once again, another late departure due to the de-icing equipment not being ready. I want to be clear, my issue is not with the need to de-ice or the time required to de-ice. It is with the fact that the de-icing fluid was not heated and needed to be. This should have been anticipated, it is January, in the Midwest. The flight is to Chicago. I will be driving from now on.
Quad City International Airport has a 4.4 star rating with 1,011 reviews.
Quad City International Airport is closed now. It will open at 3:30 a.m.
