I was on the American Airlines flight from hell going to Dallas on Saturday October 12th. Our plane broke down twice as soon as we pulled out of the terminal. When we tried to get the walk way brought back so we could get off the plane, the captains were being told 15 mins because other planes around us were being deiced. Needless to say, we sat on the plane until about 11:30 am, about 4 hours total because they couldn’t get someone to the terminal to get us off the plane. Too many delays causing connecting flight issues.
RecommendedI went to the wrong airport the Allegiant staff was so helpful. I was very stressed about what to do and they took over and did everything for me. Huge thanks.
RecommendedI don't usually give shout outs or reviews....but in this instances, I had too i have worked in hospitality and recognize great service. i was traveling with my older brother and sister. We lost my Brother cane....it was a hand made cane of wood a gift from a fellow vet. We were excited to be home, and he left it.... Well this cane is a show stopper, and I FELT BAD that I didn't help hin keep up with it. Thank God for Cameras and video. They tracked it down, much to everyone delight. RecommendedThere aren’t a lot of direct flights to larger cities, but it’s a smaller airport so what do you expect? Every time I’ve been there, it’s been clean and well maintained. Easy to navigate.
RecommendedSmall and quaint love the John Deere seating and the founder huge Deere. Easy access to the Field of Dreams for our trip.
Enterprise rent a car, everyone having to wait on cars, it’s ridiculous since it was reserved weeks ago.
RecommendedI’d be more than happy to recommend your airport. But don’t ever let that RUDE Allegiant stewardess to fly with me. Allegiant knows about my issue she demanded I clean up her plane. People ahead of us spilled chips. I don’t know to this day why she didn’t talk to them? Some of the chips spilled back under our seats. So rude. SHE EVEN handed us bags. I’ll never fly Allegiant again. I came from Orlando. This has nothing to do with your great airport you have very very dedicated kind employees.
