I came in here one day over a year ago but reading the reviews i had to tell my story lol a few days after my dad passed away i went here after seeing some tiktoks. I was going to drop a few grand on something in memory of my dad. I was looking at pendants and rings. (Im not a jeweler but i have quite a bit of jewelry) they all looked very fishy especially for the price.. I really wish I could give more stars here based on the item I did receive, a custom pendant that turned out lovely. The problem, however, is that I ordered a custom white gold pendant and a white gold chain on Boxing Day. We have shopped here multiple times before, and they always told us that doing custom work was no problem, I don't wear yellow gold. I ordered what I wanted and PAID IN FULL, according to him.
