My fiance bought my engagement ring here in October 2024. 5 months later I had 4 diamonds missing… no problem. We took it to Q’s to get repaired and paid the cost of diamond replacement. 3 weeks later… 2 diamonds missing again. 2.5 weeks after my fiance bought himself a ring… a diamond fell out. The craftsmanship gone into making the jewelry is absolutely terrible especially for the price point.
This place is never open whenever I go been 6 times in a row now where I go for the hours it says it opens and no one is ever there
Terrible service, no quality, no craftsmanship. Multiple dents on my gold teeth before I even picked them up, the gold is lifting. Horrible experience do not spend your hard earned money here
