QEautoparts1 uses delay tactics to push dates past policy deadlines so they are not tied to having to refund items that have been shipped back. They actively practice delays using canned emails that indicate they are busy. I had the misfortune of purchasing an expensive part, found it did not fit my car, went through the process of contacting them, shipping the item, getting a verification letter from my postal office stating that after an investigation, it was found that the item was DELIVERED AND RECIEVED by QE. Very bad Do not ever buy from them!!! They will rip you off , they will not refund me the return shipping and I sent there item back !!!!
DO NOT EVER do business with this company. They are experts at taking your money - then not shipping product, sending fake shipping details so looks as if delivered, but to another address, then not communicating or sending parts or money back. Repeat - NEVER buy from them
All I did was order a set of handlebars and the cables needed to change out the stock handlebars. Paid through PayPal backed up with my Discovercard and paid at order. Message sent that both items wer shipped. Next day cables were cancelled because of extended backorder. Refund was made ok. Handlebars were never received by me. They were delivered to La Habra, CA. Cancelled the entire order and will never do business with Q&E Auto parts again. Thank goodness for Discovercard backup.
This place just flat out SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIEF'S
Runs greatly discounted Ebay car parts, then ships to wildly wrong addresses, claiming "their carrier mis-routed the package". Has a 292,000+ Ebay rating so Ebay is not going to enforce better behavior as long as they collect sales commissions. Counts on intricate "lost package" complaints that many buyers don't know how to pursue.
QE Autoparts are absolute scammers. If you are a non-US customer, they will take your money on eBay, and mark your item as sent. Then, within about two days, they will send an email outside of eBay saying 'your order could not be processed' but promising to give you a refund. This is the last you will hear from them and you will not get a refund unless you chase them up on eBay/PayPal.
