Same story as others here...order went to FL when I'm in NE. Their phone number does not work. Ivan M. responded to ebay message blaming shipping company and I will be refunded. Nothing happens so filed complaint with Paypal so wait and see for now but should get refunded by Paypal for purchase price less taxes which Paypal says are taken out by ebay...so need to file a claim with ebay as well.
